Don’t worry, New York City FC fans.

There are plans to have as little netting as possible to restrict viewing Major League Soccer games at Yankee Stadium.

The Yankees Wednesday announced they would install protective netting at the stadium for the start of this baseball season. Partial retractable netting would be attached to the roofs of both dugouts and stationanary netting would extend beyond the dugouts to the foul poles, it was reported.

According to stories at Yankees.com and MLB.com, sections of netting “may be removed for soccer matches or other events” held at the Stadium.

A source within the MLS community confirmed that most of the netting would be removed for NYCFC matches.
