HARRISON, N.J. – Two national teams heading to the World Cup will clash at Red Bull Arena Tuesday, March 27.

Iceland and Peru will play an international friendly here at 8 p.m. that night.

Tickets will go on sale Friday, Jan. 12, beginning with an exclusive two-hour pre-sale for Red Bulls Red Members at 10 a.m. Remaining tickets then go on-sale to the general public at noon. Tickets are available by calling 1-877-727-6223 or visiting www.NewYorkRedBulls.com/tickets.

Iceland is preparing for Group D with matches against Argentina, Croatia and Nigeria, while Peru readies for Group C against France, Australia and Denmark.

The European team, which qualified for its first World Cup appearance, is coached by Heimir Hallgrímsson. Hallgrímsson played 204 games at the club level in Iceland and became coach following Euro 2016. The team is led by Kolbeinn Sigþórsson (Nantes) and Gylfi Sigurðsson (Everton).

Peru, which has qualified for the World Cup six times, is coached by Ricardo Gareca. Gareca earned 20 caps for Argentina and became the manager in February 2015. Los Incas are captained by Paolo Guerrero, who plays for Flamengo and after a stint at Bayern Munich. He is Peru’s all-time leading scorer with 32 goals in 86 appearances.
