The U.S. men’s national team’s January camp roster was reduced to 29 players Wednesday as forward Dom Dwyer was forced to withdraw due to a right hamstring strain.
No replacement will be named for Dwyer as the team enters camp with Juan Agudelo, Jordan Morris, Christian Ramirez, Rubio Rubin and CJ Sapong as forwards.
The Americans will open the year with a friendly against Bosnia and Herzegovina at the StubHub Center in Carson, Calif. Jan 28 (9:30 p.m. ET).
