Stan Terlecki, a standout striker in the Major Indoor Soccer League who also played for the Cosmos, has passed away.

Terlecki was 62. He passed away in Lodz, Poland.

He was a lethal striker in two stints the Pittsburgh Spirit in the MISL and also played indoor and outdoor soccer for the Cosmos from 1983-84. Terlecki also performed for the Golden Bay Earthquakes (1983) and St. Louis Storm (1989-90).

Terlecki, who made 29 appearances for the Poland national team, also palyed for Lodzski KS, and Legia Warsaw in his native Poland.
