BROOKLYN, N.Y. — Baruch College recorded a 9-1 City University of New York Athletic Conference road win over York College at Aviator Field Wednesday night.

Rookie Cormac Foley recorded a hat-trick and two assists.

Christian Minich scored twice and Macdara Heanue and Austin Tucker each notched one goal. Tucker and Alexey Arefev dished out two assists apiece. One of the nine goals was an own goal by York.

The Bearcats took 3-0 lead after 12 minutes en route to finishing the regular season portion of their schedule with an 8-7 overall record, which includes a 5-3 (15 points) record for a fourth-place finish in CUNYAC.

The team will focus on the CUNYAC Championship Tournament that begins with quarterfinal round matches Wednesday, Oct. 25 at 6 p.m.

The fourth-seeded Bearcats will host No. 5 College of Staten Island at Randall’s Island Field #10.
