HARRISON, N.J. — Connor Lade was forced to leave the Red Bulls’ scoreless tie with Atlanta United with a head injury Sunday.

He was replaced by Alex Muyl in the 45th minute at Red Bull Arena.

Head coach Jesse Marsch said that the former St. John’s University standout had suffered a head injury.

“I’m not sure if it’s been labeled as a concussion yet,” he said. “They said that he seems pretty clear and that everything seems good. So they are evaluating it still. We’ll know more in the next coming days. But Connor is in good shape.”
