NEW YORK — Baruch College overcame an early goal by City College of New York, scoring three late goals to record a 4-1 City University of New York Athletic Conference road win at Randall’s Island Saturday afternoon.

The Beavers took a 1-0 lead the 25th minute on a goal by Aidan Robinson, but the Bearcats tied it in the 36th minute on an unassisted strike by Bryan Nunez.

The two teams battled in the second half and the Bearcats broke open the tie with three goals late in the match by Dortion Alipaj (76th minute), Bakary Kida (87th minute) and Cormac Foley (89th minute) to extend their winning streak at five and go 3-0 in the CUNYAC.

Foley and Alipaj also recorded assists during the late scoring surge.

The Bearcats attempted 31 shots compared to eight by the Beavers.

The Beracats will host the College of Staten Island at Randall’s Island Field #10 Wednesday at 6 p.m.
