CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Hofstra University men travel to the College of Charleston for a Colonial Athletic Association matchup at the Soccer Stadium at Patriots Point Saturday at 1 p.m.

The game will be available via live stats and live video, with links found on this page and the Hofstra Men’s Soccer schedule page.

The Pride (1-3-3, 0-0-1) opened conference play with a 1-1 draw with Elon College as senior Danny Elliott netted the equalizer for his team-leading second goal this season. Hofstra has played to ties in three of its past four contests.

The Cougars (2-4, 0-1) have lost three consecutive games, including falling to Northeastern University, 1-0, in extratime in the CAA opener last week. Charleston also dropped a 2-1 extratime decision to Coastal Carolina College Wednesday night.

Tucker Heffron and preseason All-CAA selection Leland Archer are tied for the team lead with two goals apiece while Matt Nozedar has a goal and an assist.

The Pride and the Cougars have met four times, with Hofstra holding a 2-1-1 lead. The Pride took a 4-0 win at James M. Shuart Stadium last year, with Elliott scoring twice and Hofstra not allowing the Cougars to muster a shot on goal.

Hofstra returns home to host conference foe Northeastern on Wednesday at Hofstra Soccer Stadium next Wednesday at 7 p.m.
