OTTAWA – Ottawa Fury FC’s Jamar Dixon scored in the fourth minute of stoppage time to hand Red Bulls II a 2-2 draw in United Soccer League action at TD Place Saturday.

NYRBII grabbed a 2-1 advantage by scoring twice within two minutes in the second half.

In NYRB II’s first visit to TD Place, Ottawa opened the scoring early in the 11th minute as Ryan Williams knocked in a cross off Tucker Hume’s feed.

Zeiko Lewis came on as a 37th minute substitute in place of Douglas Martinez, who left with a groin injury.

Red Bulls II picked up the attack in the opening 15 minutes of the second half, forcing goalkeeper Callum Irving to make several saves.

The visitors tallied the equalizer in the form of a 61st-minute strike from Lewis slotting home Justin Bilyeu’s cross, his fifth assist this season.

Lewis’ goal extended Red Bull II’s road scoring streak to 28 games.

Two minutes later, Vincent Bezecourt’s pass found a well-timed Brandon Allen run behind the defense giving NYRB II a 2-1 lead. It was Bezecourt’s league-leading seventh assist.

In the fourth minute of stoppage time, Dixon finished the final set piece of the match, heading one home past goalkeeper Evan Louro.
