COMMERCE CITY, Colo. — Atlanta United forward Kenwyne Jones and Seattle Sounders midfielder Joevin Jones head a 24-man roster named by Trinidad & Tobago head coach Dennis Lawrence for Thursday’s World Cup qualifier here.

Both players are tied for the team lead in World Cup qualifying goals with three apiece.

“Now we are under a week away from the match and we should have the full squad together from later this evening and tomorrow we will begin the final leg of preparations,” head coach Dennis Lawrence told CONCACAF.com. “We are heading into it in a positive frame of mind and ready to focus all our energies into ensuring we prepare as best as possible for what is ahead of us.”

The Soca Warriors, will play the USA at Dicks Sporting Goods Park, have been training at altitude in Colorado since May 24.

T&T, however, will miss four players due to injuries — Dutch-based midfielder Levi Garcia, Willis Plaza, Akeem Roach and Jomal Williams.

In last place in the CONCACAF Hexagonal, Trinidad & Tobago (1-1-2, 5 points) faces a must-win situation to get back into the qualifying picture.

The roster:

GOALKEEPERS: Adrian Foncette, Marvin Phillip, Jan-Michael Williams

DEFENDERS: Radanfah Abu Bakr, Sheldon Bateau, Daneil Cyrus, Aubrey David, Carlos Edwards, Curtis Gonzales, Triston Hodge, Alvin Jones, Mekeil Williams

MIDFIELDERS: Hashim Arcia, Andre Boucaud, Kevan George, Hughtun Hector, Khaleem Hyland, Joevin Jones, Nathan Lewis, Kevin Molino, Leston Paul
