HANOVER, N.J. — Trying to bolster their attack, the Red Bulls have former French international Alexy Bosetti on trial.

He has been training with the MLS side since Tuesday as the club will continue to evaluate him through Friday.

Red Bulls head coach Jesse Marsch said Bosetti has had “two really good days.”

“We’ll have another two days to evaluate, but so far I’d say it’s been a good visit for him and he’s a good guy,” Marsch said. “He’s got personality, which we like.

“We’ve talked to him a little about how we play and I want to give him a chance to just get to know us a little bit.”

A product of the OGC Nice academy, Bosetti has made 75 appearances with Nice in four seasons, scoring 10 goals. He was loaned to Sarpsborg 08 FF last year.

The Red Bulls have scored only 15 goals in 14 matches this season.
