HARRISON, N.J. — The Red Bulls Wednesday loaned goalkeeper Ryan Meara, midfielder Alex Muyl and defender Michael Amir Murillo to Red Bulls II for the latter’s United Soccer League match against Harrisburg at Red Bull Arena Wednesday night.

As per the right of recall incorporated into the loan agreements of Meara, Muyl, and Murillo, the Red Bulls (MLS) retain the right to recall the player at any point during the MLS regular season, subject to MLS roster compliance guidelines.

A Crestwood, N.Y. native, Meara was selected No. 31 overall in the second round of the 2012 MLS SuperDraft by Red Bulls. He has made 42 career appearances for New York across all competitions, including 39 starts.

Muyl signed with New York Dec. 22, 2015 as a Homegrown player. He made his MLS debut as a substitute against Sporting Kansas City April 9, 2016. Muyl has made four appearances for the Red Bulls this season, including two starts.

A native of Panama City, Panama, the 21-year-old Murillo was acquired on a year-long loan from San Francisco FC of Panama’s Liga Panameña de Fútbol. He graduated from San Francisco’s youth academy to the first team in 2014. He has made 42 first team appearances and added three goals. Murillo also has nine appearances and one goal for the Panama national team. He made his senior team debut in March of 2016 in a friendly against Nicaragua. He also represented Panama in the 2017 Copa Centroamericana in January, when Panama reached the tournament’s final.
