NEW YORK – For the first time in almost a generation, the Columbia University men are back in the NCAA Division I soccer tournament.

The No. 25 ranked Lions (11-2-3) received an at-large bid and will play at William & Mary College in the first round Thursday at 7 p.m.

The Tribe (11-4-5) won the Colonial Athletic Association behind a 4-2 victory against UNCW Sunday.

The winner of the match will advances to the round of 32 for a showdown at the tournament’s top seed and Atlantic Coast Conference champion Wake Forest (17-1-2) Sunday at 5 p.m.
