CARSON, Calif. — Sam Kerr was at it again Thursday night.
The Sky Blue FC striker scored one goal and set up two others to power the Australian women’s national team to a 6-1 rout of Brazil to win the Tournament of Nations championship at the StubHub Center.
Kerr finished the competition with four goals and two assists for the Matildas.
She set up two goals in the first half as Australia rolled to a 4-1 lead before she tallied in the second half.
Lisa De Vanna and Caitlin Foord scored two goals apiece as the Matildas secured their first international trophy since the 2010 Asian Cup.
